All PRECIOUS collections are available for purchase on the PRECIOUS Onlinewebsite. We are not able to offer mail order services.

Each order placed on the PRECIOUS Online Boutique is presented in keepsake PRECIOUS packaging. For each order, you will receive either PRECIOUS Signature packaging or PRECIOUS Simple packaging and two complimentary samples from our selection. You may choose to include a personalised gift note.

You are able to return all or part of your order within 28 days from the date of receipt. For health and safety reasons, products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged cannot be returned. In order to receive a full refund, please complete the return form, attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and then post it to Precious PVT Ltd.
