Delivery Information
Precious's reliable delivery service comes complete with options to suit you, wherever and whenever you want to receive your order.

Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days (from point of order) *

Your delivery will be made between Monday and Saturday

You will receive an email stating your delivery day as well as a text if you opted in to receive them

If you are out, Precious’s trusty courier will leave a note to say that your parcel is with a neighbour, or with details on how to arrange a redelivery

Click and Collect services are available for select UK stores only and take 2-5 days for delivery.

You will receive an email when your goods are ready to collect, you then have 7 days to hop to the shop to collect them

Only standalone UK stores can accept delivery – Precious is sorry to say we cannot currently deliver to outlets, airport stores or concessions
Order before 10pm for next day delivery

• Delivery will be made as per the schedule above on working days only. Please note that Bank Holidays may take a little longer than usual and deliveries.
• Precious will keep in touch via email to let you know what stage your delivery is at
• Always a stickler for detail, Precious will also send texts to say when you should expect your delivery, including the name of your driver and a designated one-hour time slot. Not going to be in? No problem – Precious’s chosen a flexible courier that allows for delivery changes by simply following the link on your text or email.
• Please note, exclusions apply as some items are not eligible for next day delivery. This will be detailed in the product’s description.
• When placing your order, please select the Saturday that you wish to receive your delivery at the checkout
• The chosen day must fall within 14 days of placing your order
• The final cut off for selecting Saturday delivery is 8 pm on the Friday before
